Anchorage Real Estate Statistics for Foreclosure Property

The following is information taken for the Alaska Multiple Listing Site - Alaska MLS for the month ending 9/30/2012.  The information is for Anchorage homes and condominiums, but Eagle River Foreclosure information is available upon request.  The foreclosure information included is for bank owned Anchorage property (REO) and Government owned Anchorage property (HUD, FNMA, etc...).  The information is further separated into two categories; Anchorage Homes, which includes zero lot line property (ZZL) or attached units and Anchorage Condominiums, which includes site condominiums and traditional condominiums.
