Anchorage Real Estate Statistics – June 2014

Anchorage Real Estate market finally went fishing.  Things slowed down, market time is stretching and price reductions are more prevalent.  Owners that are pricing at the higher price or above recommended price will see more market time at this point.  The number of foreclosure homes put on the market has risen, although Anchorage condominiums remains steady.
