The Anchorage real estate market is very active and inventory is starting to feel the crunch in some price points. The Anchorage condominium market has moved in a positive direction since February. The number of units available is till down and pretty soon there won't be any inventory to buy. There are some multiple offers in some price points, on homes that are clean, updated and worth the price. The number of buyers looking for good deals with Anchorage foreclosures is still high and the supply of foreclosures is not matching the demand.
