Searching Anchorage real estate can make your head spin, with the number of websites, who represents who in the transaction.  And why do you have to register just to search for a property?  I don't want all that spam and agents calling me at all times of the day.

Anchorage real estate searches should be made easy and they are but it's tough to find the right sites to do your research.  At BestAnchorageHomes.com and AKRealEstateInfo.com, we understand that most people start out collecting information when they want to buy Anchorage real estate.  In fact that holds true for Anchorage, Eagle River and Chugiak real estate, since this is the area that we service.  We do our best to provide that information so our Anchorage Buyers and Sellers can start their fact finding with greater ease.  BUT surprisingly enough these two sites mentioned above are NOT the easy to access and non-registration sites.

So what is the best site to search for Anchorage, Eagle River and Chugiak real estate?  There are two and both provide the most up to date information, because one is the source of all input and the other is a big real estate web provider.  They are Anchorage Alaska Real Estate and Zillow, which we have reviews from our past clients explaining the service they have experienced using our systems.  These two sites do actually require you to register, but your information is not sold, spammed or abused.  In addition both of these sites provide some helpful information, though the margin of error for a zestimate is as bad as the Municipality of Anchorage tax assessment.
