ü Drive
through the neighborhoods at different time of the day and night, and be sure
you are happy with what’s going on.
ü Drive
to and from the property using different routes. Look for amenities, grocery stores, post
offices, etc.
ü Call
the local police jurisdiction, and ask about possible crime in the area. Focus on homes next door and in the immediate
area.
